The Manifest Group team had the opportunity to help beautify and provide affordable housing to a neighborhood in a southeast community of Houston, Tx. We love this model due to the beautiful brick facing and open floor plan allowing for new families to enjoy the living space without feeling crowded. Each side boast a 3 bedroom, two bathroom layout with granite counter tops and gorgeous tile and carpet flooring.
